Wenches A Wailing is a  Renaissance Faire Musical Group that performs at the Ohio Renaissance Fair.   Singing both bawdy pub songs and pleasant classics, these "wenches" gladly display thier talents each year.  I'm happy to share some of it with you. "They look like they're expecting greatness - and yet they come to our show." - Jennifer Wench News: There's a new "honorary wench" in the offing!  Congrats to mom! If you'd like to see more of them in a more Wenchy setting (pubs, etc), let the Faire co-ordinators know. If you haven't checked out the Wenches' album - Absolutely No Boarding - from the 2002 season, you really should. If they're not performing at a Faire near you, my best guess is to e-mail them and ask after it. The album does well at capturing thier voices, but it's no substitute for actually seeing them live. Perhaps they would think about doing a "live" album for next year... While this site is "clean" - not every site it links to may be that way. Wenches A' Wailing can be a very "educational" act, and so when you complain, you can't say I didn't warn you.
