Recycling Is the Only Solution"They're filling up." The lobbyist looked at the Council. They sat with immobile faces, staring at him. "We don't have the storage facilities anymore. Both of our current contractors are overflowing, and there's no one else we can turn to." Michael, Chairman of this particular meeting, looked at the lobbyist. "And what do you suggest we do, sir?" The lobbyist smiled, leaning his elbows on the table. They were reacting perfectly according to plan. "You need to recycle, gentlemen, recycle." There was a mutter of consternation among the old men at the Council. The lobbyist forged onward, heedless. "Practically everywhere on Earth is recycling now, and the time has finally come where we need to face facts and go along." Peter stared at him for a long moment. "Will the recycled goods be as durable as new ones?" The lobbyist's grin grew even wider. "The Buddhists have been recycling for ages, and they've never had a complaint." |
